Services and Support

We distinguish between "service" and "training" modes.

Service mode:You can submit DNA or RNA samples and we will run the experiment for you with guaranteed specific data output.

Training mode: If a method is not established at the NGS platform, we will offer assistance in training mode. In this case we won't guarantee for any deliverables, but we will advise how to run the experiment and our personnel can assist you in the laboratory experiments. Together with our personnel you may use the instruments of the NGS platform.
