Library preparation

A key step of NGS is the preparation of libraries. We offer support for various types of libraries either in service or training mode. Please keep in mind that a given library can typically be run only on one type of instrument (e.g. illumina vs PacBio). Most illumina libraries will contain sufficient material for mutiple sequence runs, so that the sequencing can be repeated several times without the need of a new library
